We've been going to Doc's for years. We weren't always 100% satisfied but when I went there last night for some blue and snow crabs I was pleasantly surprised that they were under new management. The new staff is friendly and more professional and even though it was the same Doc's it had a better feel in side. The blue crabs we bought were kind of light but they were absolutely delicious and for an awesome price. So much so that my husband wants to go back today! The Snow crabs were delicious. They put spice (a tad salty) and butter on them, which is new for Doc's. I wish I bought a pound more. Overall I'd recommend Doc's especially with the new management team.

Food is overpriced and the customer service is terrible. The cashier was extremely rude to my mother and I when we came back to check to see if our food was ready. "You want your food well done right" in a snarky tone is what he said to us when we came back to check. We were shocked and didn't bother to ask for management. I won't ever come back here.

Doc's serves wonderful food! We enjoyed a crab cake platter and a soft shell crab platter. The crab cakes have a delicious peppery flavor and they melt in your mouth! The soft shell crabs were cooked just right! Soft shells are notoriously difficult to cook so that they remain tender inside and they did a great job. They also make all of their own hush puppies - a lesser place might try to pass off frozen ones. The onion rings are the best we have ever had - just the right amount of batter. The portions are very generous and the customer service superb! Our only regret is that we have lived close by for years and this was our first visit. We should have stopped by sooner! We will be back!

This place serves up empty old bay flavored crabs. I have been trying Docs off and on for 8 years. the value and quality of their crabs and food is so inconsistent. I always say I won't go back, today was my last visit. $50 for a dozen large males with mushy, thin meat. very dissapointed.

The large crabs are just that...LARGE! The service is great! The staff was nice. The crabs are meaty!!! It's a 30 minute drive from my house and well worth it. My husband had steamed shrimp and they were so fresh. You can taste the freshness. If we could, we would go every weekend!

This place is a hidden gem! I've lived here for 8 years and passed by a dozen times, and I'm so glad I decided to stop. I ordered the simple snow crab legs with ole bay thinking can't go wrong with that...but I was pleasantly surprised, the flavors were just right and the crab was super fresh. It was definitely worth the wait and the $$$ price tag. Doc, you have stamped a repeat customer!

When I tell you this place was so good ! It's far from my seafood was so good ! We got fluffy whiting , crab legs that were meaty and large steamed shrimp . It was so affordable !
